Isabel Brown Launches New Show with The Daily Wire

One year ago, Isabel Brown’s life looked vastly different. Fresh off her wedding in the Colorado Rockies, she was basking in newlywed bliss in between episodes of her growing independent YouTube channel.

Today, she’s unpacking boxes in her family’s new Washington, D.C., home and packing diapers before leaving the house. With a two-month-old daughter and new career chapters for both her and her husband, Brown has stepped into the most dynamic chapter of her life.

It’s official: Isabel Brown is teaming up with The Daily Wire.

Isabel calls what happened a few days before delivering her new baby, “kind of a God thing.” She picked up the phone to a call from The Daily Wire. “There was a total meeting of the minds,” she recounted.

Back in September 2020, The Daily Wire famously relocated its headquarters from Los Angeles to Nashville, Tennessee. Amidst draconian mandates, political unrest, and cultural turmoil, the move allowed the media house to mobilize, centralizing business operations in a patriotic state.

Innovative and resolute in its mission, The Daily Wire spent the Biden presidency in the trenches of the culture war, transforming hearts and minds across the country. They shook up spaces the Right traditionally did not dare, including Hollywood, the advertising industry, and the medical industry.

The company proved that political commentators — from Ben Shapiro to Matt Walsh — could do more than just comment. They could actually shape politics and drive the conversation on Capitol Hill.

The Daily Wire realized quickly that President Trump’s victory and return to the White House ushered in a new era for conservative media. It was time to go on the offense. The company announced its new Washington, D.C., branch in April.

Still, one more aspect of political multimedia needed ironing out: the way conservative media companies contract talent. New platforms have allowed what were once the opinions of an editorial board to individualize, no longer owned by a Times or Tribune but rather owned by a collection of charismatic commentators. Cable and print conglomerates have seen top talent go solo and, often, an exodus of the audience they amassed.

The Daily Wire, naturally, figured out how to compete and evolve. To retain industry mavericks, they rewrote the script on structuring talent acquisitions.

“I’ve never seen a contract opportunity like this in the conservative media space,” Brown divulged, confident in the tools at her disposal and thrilled for the prospect of connecting with a larger audience through The Daily Wire’s proven infrastructure.

Brown noted The Daily Wire’s recent shifts in leadership and company culture.

“They were looking to change things up a bit,” she said. “How they interacted with talent and new voices needed a fresh perspective in order to determine what the future of the company would look like.”

For the hundreds of thousands already tuned in to The Isabel Brown Show, the show’s style post-acquisition will be incredibly familiar.

“It was always very important for me to retain my independent voice and integrity, knowing what I was saying was what I truly, deeply believe, shared with people in an honest and authentic way.”

Though she and her family have moved, now “boots on the ground” in Washington, D.C., Brown will still broadcast mainly from a home studio. The show will remain its “community-oriented format” where audience members get to be a part of the show. “They’re going through an ideological journey of curiosity with someone: you get to ask the questions together, you get to do the investigation together, and you get to seek the truth together.”

Brown’s background in biomedical science and policy will reinforce discussions on a cutting-edge topic: the Make America Healthy Again movement. And for conversations on faith and culture, Brown brings expertise from her newly minted Masters in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.

The “truth seekers”— Brown’s fanbase — can expect forty-five-minute episodes every weekday.

Brown views her signature on the Daily Wire’s dotted line as forging a new path for media personalities. “This is going to open up a huge realm of opportunity for other conservative creators — especially new creators navigating this space — to know that they can keep the creative juices flowing, and retain their integrity, continuing to be that solid voice people can trust.”

“People often say they know me best from my viral reaction videos, reacting to the latest, most insane thing we’ve ever imagined from the Left that’s become normalized,” she said. “And we should, of course, be bringing the darkness and the brokenness into the light; it’s the best disinfectant.”

But conservatives are no longer forced to retreat and react. This is where The Daily Wire and Isabel Brown are in harmony: the conservative media titan in its east-coast expansion; Brown in the question she hopes to answer through the show.

“What can we do meaningfully to build something constructive out of that brokenness — to actually create culture and essentially write the blueprint of the new American dream, for a new generation?”

That question hits home especially these days. Isabel Brown and her husband Brock recently welcomed their first daughter into the world — a pregnancy she wittily announced to her one million followers as “Project 2025.”

Isla James Belcher is two months old, “alert and curious and observational about the world,” her proud mother reported. “She always has her big eyes, wide open, just wanting to take everything in.”

The biggest and most meaningful change to The Isabel Brown Show is the presence of Isla in the forefront of Isabel’s life. Editorial boards don’t have daughters; personalities do. And that changes everything.

“My daughter has given me such a powerful perspective on why we are fighting for what we’re fighting for,” Brown shared. “I feel more motivated to make a difference, to transform culture from the inside out for her generation.”

The Daily Wire’s investment in Isabel Brown is one of its most exciting and compelling. The duo shares the dynamism required to succeed in a rapidly changing media landscape and the foundation rooted in tradition required to advance the good, true, and beautiful.
